Lease/PPA/ESA Specifics

We will determine the price, and customize the power/energy service agreement specifics upfront with the Purchaser prior to construction.

A current Environmental Report from 2023 was done prior to the demolition of the site's old building.

Regulatory Approvals

With fuel cell generation pad approval and city council support, the buyer is only responsible for permitting of its data center.
