- We will determine the price, and customize the power/energy service agreement specifics upfront with the Purchaser prior to construction.
- Regulatory Approvals
- The fuel cell generation pad is approved for 4MW of power generation by the Connecticut Siting Council. The City of Bristol is also supportive of the project. The buyer will be responsible for permitting of its data center building.
- Environmental
- A current Environmental Report from 2023 was done prior to the demolition of the site’s old building.
This property has multiple development options, for one or two buildings, and options for the power pads, battery storage, carbon capture initiatives etc. We will discuss these directly with qualified Purchasers.
