ReNew Developers Announces Strategic Partnership with Gray Wolf Data Centers

ReNew Developers is pleased to announce its strategic partnership with Gray Wolf Data Centers, a collaboration that combines ReNew’s expertise in power-ready land development with Gray Wolf’s experience operating modern data center infrastructure.

Through this partnership, ReNew Developers will continue to focus on what it does best: identifying, permitting, and developing power-ready sites for critical infrastructure projects. Gray Wolf Data Centers will serve as the operating partner for select data center developments, providing operational expertise and customer support for organizations requiring data center capacity.

By combining ReNew’s development model with Gray Wolf’s operational experience, customers benefit from accelerated project timelines, reliable power infrastructure, and a streamlined path from site development to facility operation.

While ReNew Developers continues to expand its portfolio of permitted, power-ready land for a wide range of critical infrastructure projects—including research facilities, government campuses, healthcare systems, advanced manufacturing, and data centers—Gray Wolf provides an additional resource for organizations seeking operational data center capacity.

This partnership reflects ReNew’s continued commitment to delivering infrastructure solutions that reduce development risk, strengthen local communities, and help organizations bring projects online faster.
