An Environmental Report was performed in 2022 and is available for review. The site was an old junkyard / Brownfield site which we did significant clean up on and today is ready to construct on.

Regulatory Approvals

On this site, 2 fuel cell generation pads, one for 4.99MW, one for 18MW, were approved by the Connecticut Siting Council. The municipality of Colchester is also supportive of the project. The buyer will be responsible for permitting of its data center building(s). We have experienced DC builders available as needed for building construction.
