Extensive surveying, environmental review, and regulatory approvals have already been completed. The groundwork is in place, allowing qualified developers to move forward with confidence and significantly reduced timeline risk.

Survey & Engineering Performed

Surveying was performed by Reynolds Engineering Services. Engineering was performed by All-Points Technology Corp and Reynolds Engineering.

Lease/PPA/ESA Specifics

We will set the pricing and terms for all Agreements with the Purchaser once the development specifications are established

Environmental

An Environmental Report was performed in 2022 and is available for review. The site was an old junkyard / Brownfield site which we did significant clean up on and today is ready to construct on.

Regulatory Approvals

With fuel cell generation pad approval and city council support, the buyer is only responsible for permitting of its data center.

Multiphase Approach

This property has multiple development options, for one or two buildings, and options for the power pads, battery storage, carbon capture initiatives etc. We will discuss these directly with qualified Purchasers.

Phase 1: Under Contract

5 Megawatts – permitted and currently available for partnership with Gray Wolf Data Centers.

Phase 2: ReNew Amston 2 - Available Now

Up to 18 Megawatts currently permitted and available for your speed to market power and data needs.
