ReNew Developers is a Connecticut based sustainable real estate development firm that specializes in land acquisition and build out for utility scale renewable energy projects. ReNew is significantly invested in the energy sector and currently has a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects in its pipeline. We specialize in developments that include linear generators, and Class 1 renewable energy generators, such as solar and fuel cells that are manufactured by our world-class partners in the U.S. to the exact specifications of the project.

ReNew Developers is currently focused on executing projects in Connecticut and the greater New England area, with planned expansion into Florida, Ohio, Texas and Utah in the coming months. It’s our mission to provide the data center industry with speed to market on-site power options, and to contribute to the societal goals of a reduced carbon energy sector by 2040.
